FlowPlay Is Now Acquired by Wind Creek Hospitality

With its headquarters in Seattle, FlowPlay has made a name for itself for being the enterprise behind a powerful connected social gaming platform that supports casual and sports wagering games as well as virtual worlds and social casinos. It functions as a developer, operator, publisher and provides consumers and businesses with online and mobile free-to-play experiences. Significant names are Live Game Night Poker, Vegas World, Casino World, and 7 Seas Casino of which, Live Game Night Poker is integrated within the Zoom App Marketplace.

FlowPlay is a successful white label business focusing on the business consumer (B2C) model. Founded in 2006, FlowPlay was initially funded by Intel Capital and the creators of Skype. Those who partner with FlowPlay gain from its extensive multiplayer infrastructure and can monetize heavily with branded online games.

This acquisition is not inclusive of the Real Money Gaming (RMG) offering but allows Wind Creek Hospitality rights to digital gaming operations and distribution outlets. These generate regular income from end-users and will enable WCH to expand its customer reach and diversify its business for land-based casinos. The transaction is based on a freemium model.

Stephanie A. Bryan, the Chairman, and CEO of Poarch Band of Creek Indians stated that the acquisition of FlowPlay into the PCI Gaming portfolio allows them to build opportunities for continued growth and economic development through new ways and that the tribe is eagerly waiting for this expansion into digital space.
