Liverpool FC to Expand Its YouTube Memberships to Offer Fans to Enjoy More Videos

The Liverpool Football Club, known as Liverpool FC or simply LFC, was founded in the year 1892, is a renowned football club based in Liverpool, England, that competes in the top tier of the English Premier League. It has 6 European Cups, 3 UEFA Cups and 4 UEFA Super Caps with 18 League titles, 7 FA Cups, and 15 FA Community Shields to boast of, which is more than any other English Clubs. By expanding the YouTube channel, LFC becomes the first-ever global sports team to utilize the membership offered by YouTube. Since the launch, the channel already has 3.4 million subscribers, making them one of the most celebrated sports teams of the world. Free subscribers can watch the match highlights as many times as they want without any cost. Apart from this, they can also watch programs like Inside Anfield and Bezzies, absolutely free of cost.

There are two membership packages available for the supporters to choose from. The lowest being at £0.99 per month. With this minimum subscription amount, the supporters can enjoy watching the entire host content within the LFC YouTube Members area. Subscribers are also entitled to several attractive perks like an enhanced video package with four additional weekly shows, behind-the-scenes reactions and also live match reactions, which is like heaven for football enthusiasts.

The senior Vice President of Marketing and Media, Liverpool FC Drew Crisp, lauded the development and said, YouTube is the biggest online platform where a substantial percentage of the social followers of the club feel at ease to interact with them. He added, “Over the past three years we have been using the platform to build up great content with our players, manager, and fans, reaching supporters around the world and providing amazing moments, including our incredible journey to European success earlier in the year.”
