The Casino Barrière Montreux in Switzerland Launches Gamrfirst

Casino Barrière Montreux is the newest land-based casino in Switzerland to join the online gambling market. The Gamrfirst platform was launched earlier in the month at the Casino Barrière Montreux, which is located on the shores of Lake Geneva in Switzerland.

Gamrfirst utilizes Gamanza’s ISO 27001-certified GaminGenius Software, an accounting platform with a fully compliant structure, payment gateway, regulation data vault, and real-time CRM.

Jérôme Colin, general manager of Casino Barrière Montreux, said that the launch of their online casino site Gamrfirst is the result of a committed partnership between the players at Casino Barrière Montreux and Barrière headquarters. Gamanza, the Swiss market leader, is the technical partner.

In the case of Casino Barrière Montreux, their major objective with Gamrfirst is to provide our customers with a one-of-a-kind gaming experience based on the Barrière Group’s high standards, establishing the brand as one of the leading benchmarks in the Swiss market.

According to the casino, this new brand was designed to reflect its goal to run a ‘consumer-first strategy’ that prioritizes player support.

Alexandre Desseigne-Barrière, director of strategy and development for the Barrière Group, stated that they were very proud to offer a digital service that complements their Montreux casino. They want to enable more Swiss residents to discover the Barrière world of gaming with the same strong focus on responsible gaming.

They were very pleased with this relationship – Casino Barrière Montreux is a world-famous establishment, and the Barrière Group is a respected brand globally. Hence, it’s significant for them at Gamanza, said Robert Civil, Gamanza’s chief commercial officer.

Working with such a competent organization is amazing, and launching Gamrfirst was ideal for their team to celebrate the end of 2021. They are looking forward to assisting the brand’s growth in 2022 and beyond.

In the future, Casino Barrière Montreux aims at promoting its new gamification elements by developing hybrid loyalty incentives that link its land-based and online services.
