Twin River Worldwide Holdings Becomes Owner of Eldorado Resort Casino and Montbleu Casino

Eldorado Resorts, Inc. has announced through an official press statement release that it has signed an important pact to divest the Eldorado Shreveport Resort and Casino in Shreveport, Louisiana, and the MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa in Lake Tahoe, Nevada to Twin River Worldwide Holdings, Inc. The firms have cracked the deal for an amount of $155 M in cash.

In its press report, the Eldorado team has affirmed that it has revoked the agreements it had announced earlier with Las Vegas-based Maverick Gaming in relation to the sale of the properties mentioned above. The firm stated that it had returned the deposits of Maverick Gaming as things failed to work out between the two parties.

The sale transaction of the Eldorado Shreveport Resort and Casino in Shreveport, Louisiana and the MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, shall be nurtured in compliance to the regulatory permissions and guidelines. It is based upon the consummation of the Caesars transaction with Twin River Worldwide Holdings Inc. earning financing and other customary closing requirements.
