Whitney Hillier to captain at the Aramco Team Series Singapore

The Aramco Team Series Singapore begins this Thursday with a total of 26 captains leading their respective teams to the ultimate victory. Whitney Hillier, one of the captains from West Australia, is looking to bag a consecutive team victory.

Whitney Hillier has individual aspirations as well. She is looking to surpass the previous 3rd rank on the chart. The 32-year-old Golf champion has a career that spans 15 top-ten finishes. She now comes from the best season of her life for another team victory and possibly an individual one too.

Her individual competition is in 54-hole on the Ladies European Tour. A push for the maiden win is not the question. Hillier’s last best came out at the Jabra Ladies Open for the spot of runner-up after finishing 14th on the money list in the previous year.

Every captain has drafted players for their teams. Whitney Hillier took to Instagram to share that she has drafted Jana Melichova, the LET winner, and Lydia Hall of Wales. She has also expressed pride in her team.

Danielle Kang has teamed up with Kim Metraux from Switzerland and Carmen Alonso from Spain to complete the set of three by drafting them for the tournament. Lydia Ko from New Zealand is currently leading the ranking chart. She was the last one to draft members for her team; however, she has been able to bag the best ones – Aline Krauter and Lisa Pettersson from Germany and Sweden, respectively.

Linn Grant secured the title at the 2022 Race to Costa del Sol. Her presence has sparked excitement for Singapore sports betting platforms. Felicity Johnson from England is up for the game with a commitment to put up a strong fight in all situations. Kirsten Rudgeley and Momoka Kobori will work together to bring team achievement to the table.

Wade Ormsby has packed a busy schedule with a follow-up in Asia Tour’s DGC Open, India. A transition to a new coaching style is working well for her. Wade has been paired with coach Grant Field to unlock some missing pieces of the puzzle. The 42-years old golfer has said that Grant has given her a lot of answers to why she has been struggling in a few areas.

Wade has acknowledged that previous coaches have been wonderful, but sometimes a penny drops, a case that has now been with Grant Field. Stating her priority in the game, Wade has stated that she is first looking to get her game back and then start to contend for wins.

Meanwhile, PGA Tour’s Valspar Championship will host Cameron Percy with Harrison Endycott as the only two Aussies on the field. Next, seven Australians will be at the Hong Kong Classic on PGA Tour Champions. LIV Golf Tucson will simultaneously see Ripper GC led by Cameron Smith.
