Silver Point Capital and affiliates wholly own and operate the investment company of Metropolitan Gaming Limited. The deal materialized as of the 16th of July 2021 through the final transaction. The portfolio of Metropolitan Gaming has got richer with the acquisition that now boasts of operating and owning casinos across eleven different locations. This is spread across Africa and the UK and includes the much-revered Square’s Empire Casino in Leicester.
