The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan, which owns and runs Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort, said on Monday that it had signed a binding deal with GAN Limited, a supplier of gaming software-as-a-service to the real money internet gaming, online sports betting, and simulated gaming sectors.
GAN, the UK-based entertainment, and technology company, will install the GameStack enterprise software platform on Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort, its client’s on-premises infrastructure, which is a casino spanning 210,000-square-foot.
Soaring Eagle is Michigan’s largest casino, with a facility that features thousands of slot machines and the Midwest’s greatest selection of table games.
Further, GAN will create and enhance its front-end, native iOS, and Android iGaming and sports betting applications in collaboration with and for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan-operated casino. According to tribal authorities, the casino has an “extremely large” database of clients, which the parties want to turn into active online gamers. To best monetize the Soaring Eagle patron information and use its on-site shop loyalty program, GAN will use its iBridge Framework.
GAN has announced its fourth customer in Michigan. The state started online betting and gaming early in 2021. The company also announced its ninth customer in the United States for real money igaming and online sports betting.
GAN claims that its new client represents the main customer base in the United States: significant regional casino operators, both tribal and commercial, looking for a quick-to-market deployment of a proven enterprise technology solution to start and build a competitive product range in both iGaming and sports betting.
When GAN collaborated with the Sault Tribe of Chippewa Indians and an unidentified casino customer more than a year ago, it declared its intention to join the Michigan real money industry.
