MGM Resorts Supports Community Partners To Fight COVID-19 Pandemic

MGM Resorts is helping to supply and stock 2,50,000 rapid test kits to detect COVID-19. Along with this, they are also donating other important personal, protective equipment (PPE) like gloves and masks for healthcare officials in Nevada state. 

MGM Resorts International announced a wide range of making donations and endeavors that intend to help the healthcare workers and local communities to cover up the shortage of medical equipment. By maximizing the supply chain, administration systems, supplier network, and other required resources, MGM has pledged to deliver regularly. 

MGM is providing logistical support to help the Nevada COVID-19 task force. The company has donated a huge refrigeration unit from its Mandalay Bay resort to the University Medical Centre (UMC) of Southern Nevada for COVID-19 rapid test storage.

The primary aim of the Nevada COVID-19 task force is to enlarge the capacity of Nevada’s healthcare system. MGM Resorts is working dedicatedly with the task force to transport and store 250,000 rapid response test kits to the state of Nevada.
