Casinos re-open amid the global pandemic

The outside world is still fighting against the vicious pandemic and its aftermath that involves unemployment, economic failure, and financial crunch. However, in the midst of the dark times, the casino employees of Mississippi are singing the joyous song of return to work, employment, and steady income again. Indeed, the CEO of Penn National Gaming Inc, Jay Snowden, has confirmed that more than 95% of the team members of the casinos have happily responded to the invitation of rejoining work amid the lockdown.

Joe Snowden admitted that it is still challenging to predict the end of the lockdown period, and even tougher to foresee the end of the pandemic, and so he is feeling overwhelmed with joy to have been able to successfully recall over 3000 casino employees in the past few weeks. The CEO is also hopeful that gamblers would make a roaring comeback too once the casino starts operating in full swing. There is a whole lot of pent up demand for gaming and gambling, and so there isn’t even an iota of doubt that business will flourish with the co-operation of the employees and the gambling enthusiasts.

The business revenue of Penn National Gaming is split into 80% for gaming, 6% for hotel facilities, 10% for food and beverages, 1% for racing games, and 3% for other gaming activities. With the massive positive response of the employees paired with the crazy demand for gambling, PNGaming Inc will certainly boom back into action.
