Greentube enters Connecticut to further its US expansion

Greentube has been granted the Connecticut Online Gaming Service Provider license. The Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection has approved the license, making it the third of its kind to be issued in the US market. Greentube already has a presence in Michigan and New Jersey.

After receiving the department’s license, Greentube is looking to partner with online casino operators and provide entertaining titles from a comprehensive portfolio. Some of the titles that will be made available to players in Connecticut are:

  • Mighty Emperor
  • Mighty Elephant
  • Oasis Riches

…among many others.

The license in Connecticut complements Greentube’s mission of expanding its reach to players in the US market. The iGaming content provider next aims to enter Pennsylvania. The joint venture with Flamingocatz and the acquisition of Present Creative is likely to work in its favor.

Both partnerships have enhanced the capabilities of Greentube to better develop content for the US market. Needless to say, all of it will be available in the regions where Greentube enters. All the future titles will also be made available in New Jersey, Michigan, and now Connecticut.

Sports betting and casino activities began operating in Connecticut in October 2021. The industry has achieved enough depth for suppliers and operators to make decent profits. Players responded well to the content, allowing the brands to experiment and introduce innovative iGaming content.

According to recent statistics, in December 2022, Connecticut recorded a record-breaking $1 billion in wagers.

There is a lot that is yet to be explored and ventured into. Assuming all the efforts of iGaming content suppliers and operators strike the right chords, the region will have much higher numbers by the end of 2023. This is good for Greentube, a NOVOMATIC division, as it now knows that the region it has just entered has much growth potential.

Michael Bauer, the CFO and CGO at Greentube, has called North America a key region while adding that the supplier has achieved a very important step by receiving the iGaming license from the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection. Michael has acknowledged the potential of the US market.

He has expressed confidence in serving customers to the best of their abilities by leveraging the brand’s previous partnerships and joint ventures.

A lot of premium content waits to be served to consumers in partnership with operators. Greentube is, therefore, looking forward to entering into an association with operators in Connecticut and seeing how customers react to their content.

Greentube delivers one of the safest iGaming content portfolios to its partners. Content developed by the team is tailored to suit players from different regions. The iGaming portfolio is continuously expanding in the categories of video bingo games, classic slots, and table games, to mention a few.
