Evolution announces launching Crazy Time in West Virginia and Pennsylvania

Evolution has announced it will soon launch Crazy Time in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. The launch of the iGaming content comes 4 years after it was originally launched. It has now become one of the most anticipated launches in the said markets. The action-packed title of the online slot is also likely to contribute to the aim of expanding operations in North America.

It was approved for a launch on March 23 this year by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. That was followed by a 30-day public comment period. This means that the game should have launched by the end of April. That didn’t happen, as Evolution needed to establish a dedicated studio. Thereby preventing an early release of the game.

Jacob Claesson, the Chief Executive Officer of Evolution for North America, has called Crazy Time a massive hit, adding that they are excited to bring the game to West Virginia and Pennsylvania players. More states are likely to join the list in the times to come.

What makes Crazy Time one of the fan-favorites in the market is its offering of a main game and four individual bonus games. Extra games are Pachinko, Cash Hunt, Crazy Time, and Coin Flip. The primary match has a Top Slot with a money wheel and two reels spinning together. Extra games bring the actual thrill of the title and the possibility of landing a 1,000 times multiplier.

Innovations in Crazy Time include a Random Number Generator, multi-camera live game show action, augmented reality video games, and slots.

Evolution is aiming to strengthen its presence in North America. It reported an annual growth rate of 16.7% in the first quarter of 2024, including 7.7% from North American ventures. Evolution Gaming is planning to establish its next market in Michigan. The company’s CEO has said that even though they are preparing for the launch in Pennsylvania, they have their eyes set on Michigan. He has further stated that they are confident and excited that players in Michigan and Pennsylvania will enjoy the title.

The launch of Crazy Time is awaited not just by players across the region but also by some of the best online casinos in the US. The kind of response that Crazy Time gets will set the future trends for others to follow. Plus, it would signal openness within the gaming community in accepting new kinds of content.

The development comes days after Connecticut announced launching iLottery in the next two weeks. This would make Connecticut the 32nd state in the US to host an online lottery. It will be run by IGT – a provider that has taken longer than expected to launch iLottery.

Pennsylvania and West Virginia want to engage with Crazy Time by Evolution in the iGaming segment. A positive response will foster more titles to enter the market while strengthening its position in North America.
