Play’n GO positions Book of Dead live

Play’n GO has announced the fact that the most sought-after online game, Book of Dead, is currently positioned live in a land-based setup in the UK. The book is available on fixed odds betting terminals (FOBTs) throughout William Hill’s UK retail estate. It has been distributed in approximately 100 stores belonging to William Hill and will be furthered in the upcoming days. Incidentally, the company operates out of Sweden and is known to be the top casino entertainment provider globally.

The highlighting feature is that there will be no requirement for an internet connection in these stores for gamers to play the game. The credit for this goes to the latest framework created by Play’n GO. The online game provider has been instrumental in delivering over fifty fresh slot titles in the year gone by. There is the factor, too, of the company having in its arsenal over 300 games, which has names like Boat Bonanza and Legion Gold. In the case of William Hill’s UK estate, it comes with over 5,800 FOBT machines placed in over 1,450 stores.

According to the CEO and Co-Founder of Play’n GO, Johan Tornqvist, this is a landmark occurrence and speaks volumes about the company’s expertise in matters of online gaming. This will be the first time when online and land-based gaming will overlap, and there are high expectations of the impact the Book of Dead will have on the online gaming business. In his viewpoint, more such land-based games will follow shortly because of the support from the association with William Hill.

So far as the UK Gaming Director of William Hill, Ian Millman, is concerned, he is extremely optimistic about the association with Play’n GO. He believes that gamers will react just as positively to the Book of Dead being available in land-based stores as much as when it is there online. As per his knowledge, other than the conventional iGaming arena, the Play’n GO games were accessible on board cruise ships. This will be the first when the Book of Dead will be available in a typical retail setup.
