Ranking fantasy baseball pitchers, lineup advice for MLB games
MLB is back and the weekend is packed with multiple high-octane games. Since it is the early stage, managers are finding the most favorable matchups.
The Miami Marlins and the Chicago White Sox are the clear standouts among the competition, and not in a good sense. The White Sox have lost 9 out of their 10 baseball matches. The team has also lost the cleanup hitter to a strain, and Luis Robert suffered from a hip injury.
The Miami Marlins are doing even worse, losing 10 out of their 11 games. The prospects are looking better for the team, though, with Braxton Garrett and Edward Cabrera making a comeback.
According to the Best MLB Betting Sites, Marcus Stroman is the best pitcher for the day. The player will play against the Marlins and has been delivering quality starts throughout the season.
While Stroman is the best pick, fantasy managers must also consider Aaron Judge, Anthony Volpe, Gleyber Torres, and Giancarlo Stanton.
For the Wednesday games, Tanner Bibee of the Cleveland Guardians is also a strong choice. The pitcher will play against the White Sox, having registered a strong performance against the team last July. Since Bibee did it against a much stronger Sox squad, the pitcher is a top choice for fantasy managers.
Based on FPTS alone, Dylan Cease emerges as the best pitcher option with a score of 13. Aaron Nola closely follows with a 12.1 while Tanner Bibee has an FPTS of 10.8.
Marcus Stroman is right behind Bibee with 10.5, while Lance Lynn has a score of 10.1. Hunter Greene and Logan Gilbert both boast an FPTS of 10 each.
As the league goes on, more pitchers are expected to compete with each other. However, Dylan Cease is continuing to outperform the competition for the time being.
