Victor Wembanyama helped the Spurs beat Indiana Pacers 117-105

The basketball game between the San Antonio Spurs and the Indiana Pacers ended with the Spurs winning 117-105.

It all came down to Victor Wembanyama’s brilliance, as the forward helped the Spurs get the better of their opponents. Victor managed to secure 31 points, 12 rebounds, 6 assists, 6 blocked shots, and 1 steal by the time the final buzzer went off.

During the first few minutes of the fourth quarter, the Spurs were cruising with a 13-point lead. However, the Pacers pushed back to make the score 103-102 with almost 5 minutes to play. While a comeback seemed viable, the Spurs ended the stretch by scoring the next 10 points.

With the win, the San Antonio Spurs have secured their second straight game. It is worth noting that the Spurs have only won consecutive matches four times this season. Thus, the basketball team would want to carry this momentum to the next game.

Malaki Branham, who contributed 18 points to the team’s total, was the Spurs’ leading scorer besides Victor. Keldon Johnson and Devin Vassell followed closely with 17 points each. Similarly, Jeremy Sochan tallied 12 while Zaxh Collins secured 11 points.

On the other hand, McConnell scored a season-high 26 points for the Pacers. Following closely behind the leader were Pascal Siakam, who accumulated 21 points, and Myles Turner, who scored 16 and grabbed 10 rebounds.

The Pacers had 13 points scored by Bennedict Mathurin and 12 points by Tyrese Haliburton. Contrary to the Spurs, the Pacers have now lost two back-to-back games.

In terms of basketball betting, this game would have presented various opportunities for bettors to consider. The Spurs dominated the match from the get-go, ending the first quarter with a 26-16 lead. McConnell looked good for the Pacers as they brought down the gap to 52-48 in the second quarter. The third quarter ended with the Spurs maintaining a healthy 9-point lead at 86-77.

Although the Pacers made a comeback, the Spurs kept their cool and secured a win on Sunday.
