Alexandros Kolonias Wins 2020 Poker Championship on Party Poker

Alexandros Kolonias, a professional poker player has won the finals of the Poker Master Online Event and claimed the desired Purple Jacket and $50,000 cash prize.

The PokerMasters Online had 124 players in total for a two-week series with prize money of $35.4M. The final rounds of every event were streamed live on the PokerGO’s Facebook page.

The main event attracted a total of 77 entries as it had a $50,000 buy-in offer and further created a whopping  $3.85M prize pool. Purple Jacket contenders Andras Nemeth and Jorryt van Hoof were nearly falling short of money. One can witness in the game that an Austrian pro, Linus Loeliger took a lead on the final table which included Ole Schemion, Steve O’Dwyer, and Chris Kruk. Loeliger defeated Giuseppe ladesernia with a heads up and claimed the largest single results in online poker.

The final event registered a whopping 146 entries which created prize money worth $367,782. The only remaining player who was a Russian Championship leader was on the fifth place in the final event, Alexandros Kolonias defeated him away from the final win and grabbed the first place by winning the series and closes the final event in style.

Kolonias earned a record of a cash total of 11 flows of cash with $1,266,296 in total earnings and 1,191 points which were quite close to Arthur Martirosian’s score who was persistently on lead with 1,048 points for many days. Kolonias said that he was extremely happy to win this poker series and claim the Purple Jacket.
