Heat vs. Celtics Final Score: Miami Pulls a 118-107 Win

Game 1 of the 2022 Eastern Conference finals ended with the Miami Heat winning 118-107. The Boston Celtics stayed ahead during the first two quarters but lost momentum in the latter half.

The Heat entered the third quarter with an eight-point deficit, which they comprehensively overturned. The team dominated the rest of the game, with Jimmy Butler putting on an amazing performance. The player scored 41 points with five assists and nine rebounds. Similarly, Tyler Herro scored 18 points, contributing to the Heat’s victory.

Miami looked solid during the second half as they strengthened their defense. Jayson Tatum was found lacking for the most part; however, the player managed to score 29 points. Out of these, Jayson scored 21 points during the first half, showing the Celtics’ valiant defense. On the other hand, Jaylen Brown also scored 24 points.

The Celtics missed the presence of Al Horford and Marcus Smart. While Al stayed off due to COVID concerns, Marcus stayed off the court due to a foot injury. Horford might still miss another Game, but Smart will likely appear in the next game.

Jimmy’s performance during the match was phenomenal. The player shone in the second half, scoring 27 points. Jimmy looked unstoppable at the free-throw line, where the player scored 17 points. This was unexpected and probably increased the betting odds at the best basketball betting sites.

However, Jimmy was not standing out alone, as the player was getting ample support. Overall, the Heat produced quality playmaking and rebounding to support Jimmy’s rack-up of 41 points. All eyes will be on Smart, who might return in Game 2.

Nonetheless, the Boston Celtics will experience massive pressure in the next game. If Al and Smart miss another match, the team might be caught lacking again.
